These terms apply when you apply to the Vett waitlist and, later, if you become a member. Vett is operated by Oshylabs Ltd (company number 16883720). By applying you agree to these terms.
Vett is an invitation only, human vetted matchmaking service for Stockholm. We are currently taking founding applications. Applying does not create membership and does not guarantee that you will be accepted or introduced to anyone. A person reviews every application and decides whether there is a fit.
You must be at least 18 years old and applying for yourself, with accurate information. We may decline or remove any application at our discretion, for example where information is false or where we cannot find a suitable match.
No payment is taken at the waitlist stage. If you are later offered membership, the price and terms will be shown clearly and you will choose whether to proceed before anything is charged.
Matchmaking is a human service. We use care and judgement, but we cannot promise a match, a successful date, or any particular outcome. You are responsible for your own choices and conduct when you meet anyone introduced through Vett, and for meeting safely.
Treat people introduced through Vett with respect and honesty. We may end your membership or application if you behave in a way that harms other members or the service.
To the extent permitted by law, Oshylabs Ltd is not liable for the actions of other applicants or members, or for outcomes of introductions or meetings. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
We handle your data as described in our privacy notice, including the explicit consent we rely on for sensitive information.
The service is provided in Stockholm and these terms are governed by Swedish law. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
